MUMBAI: P!nk has responded to haters who recently posted hurtful comments about her weight on Twitter.

The singer's weight became a topic of concern when photographs of her taken at the John Wayne 2015 Odyssey Ball, went viral.

The 35-year-old, who attended the event on Saturday with her husband Cary Hart, wore a plunging long black dress paired with black heels and a black clutch. However, fans did not look too fascinated with her dress and lashed out at her on Twitter.

"I can see that some of you are concerned about me from your comments about my weight. You're referring to the pictures of me from last night's cancer benefit that I attended to support my dead friend Dr. Maggie DiNome... But unfortunately, my weight seems much more important to some of you," P!nk posted in response to the haters.

The ‘Just Give Me a Reason' singer also shared her husband's take on the whole situation with her Twitter followers.
