MUMBAI: The ‘missile man’ of India, APJ Abdul Kalam, very rightly quoted “If you want to leave your footprints on the sand of time do not drag your feet” and he lived by his words. His contribution in defence and space research, as a scientist speaks volumes about him.
The former Indian President passed away on Monday, 27 July from cardiac arrest, while giving a speech at IIM Shillong. His loss is not just limited to one individual, but an entire nation that mourns his departure.
Several names took to social media to pay tribute to the beautiful human being.
