MUMBAI: Pop star Justin Bieber is set to perform at the forthcoming MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) in Los Angeles for the first time since 2010.
He has announced he will be singing his new single ‘What do you mean’. The pop sensation has recruited all of his friends from the entertainment industry into making his new single ‘What Do You Mean?’ the talk of the town this summer.
There is an aggressive social media campaign that will kick start. Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran, Chris Martin, Carly Rae Jepsen, Jason Derulo, Martin Garrix, Usher, Tori Kelly, Meghan Trainor and Hillary Duff are among many others who have participated in the campaign. Beside music artistes, renowned actors like Ben Stiller, Kate Hudson, Ashton Kutcher, Ellen DeGeneres and others have also joined in. Justin’s last studio album `Believe’ was way back in 2012.

Other performers include Demi Lovato, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, Tori Kelly, The Weeknd, Pharrell Williams and Twenty One Pilots.
Meanwhile, rapper Kanye West will pick up the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award.
The VMAs will take place on Sunday at the Microsoft Theater, LA.
