MUMBAI: Season 9 seems bigger than ever. Percept Live, the promoters of one of the world’s largest dance music festivals, Sunburn, have just announced a bigger than ever star studded Phase 1 line-up for Goa 2015, which has grown into one of the world's largest music festivals and will now be a four day event. The festival will be on the Northern shores of Vatagor, Goa from 27th to 30th of December, 2015. In its ninth year of providing unique dance music experiences, 2015 will earmark new beginnings as the stage in Goa is set for its biggest line-up of over 200 artists and 10 different stages with every stage catering to diverse genres of electronic dance music including trap, dubstep, drum n bass, hardstyle, house, tech house, deep house, electro, psy-trance and electronica.
Being one of the top 10 festivals in the world, Sunburn Goa lives up to its name as this year will feature the biggest line-up including - DJ Mag No.3 Martin Garrix, DJ Mag No. 6 David Guetta and DJ Mag No. 25 Deadmau5. Adding up to the global line-up are Bassjackers, Dyro, Seth Troxler, Tube & Berger, Desert Dwellers, Liquid Soul and more. The line-up also boasts a wealth of Indian talent in the name of Shaan, Qwiver, Anish Sood, Sartek, Priyanjana, Arsh, Janux, Joshi and more.

Another incentive this year is the ticketing policy where fans can avail the payment-in-instalments scheme – 50% at the time of booking and 50% within a period of 45 days. This is one incentive that has never been offered by any music festival, making Sunburn once again a pioneering thought leader in the industry. Also this year fans can avail four days of the festival for the price of three days since the net pricing has been kept the same as last year for the fans. More than just a music festival, Sunburn has nurtured the electronic music culture in India and 2015 will witness a boost in the global fan footprint with devout fanatics pouring in from more than 40 countries. Sunburn has partnered with Viagogo, one of the biggest global ticketing platforms as ‘international ticketing partner’
Apart from the music, Sunburn will have camping, hot air balloon rides, acrobatic airborne acts, cruises, flea market, etc. The festival camping ranges from basic tents to luxurious duplex tent-houses to fit everyone’s budget. 24 hour security, food and beverage services take precedent above all at the campsite and Sunburn has accounted for all these factors while creating a state of the art camping, entertainment hub and party zone for all three days of the festival. This year, the festival will also have Asia’s largest ever stage construction with its main stage having a 200-foot structure. With high-octane fusion of space and sound, world class LED lighting, video projection; Sunburn revellers will light up the sky in what will be a 360-degree sonic experience.
This is the ninth edition of Sunburn Goa which will deliver the world's best, in technology, music and production in a great web of artistry. The first ever Sunburn festival in 2007 attracted a crowd of 2,000. Last December, Sunburn Goa was attended by almost 3, 00,000 people. In 2014 alone, 96 Sunburn events were held across India; overall 7, 00,000 people attended them.
