MUMBAI: After enthralling audiences last year, the ultimate gig machine is back to deliver the most exhilarating musical experiences and it’s headed back South.

An initiative that gives fans the opportunity to decide where the much sought-after Bus goes next, the first-ever leg of #AskForTheBus kicked off in March last year with colleges in the South Zone. Following a month-long, intensive voting process, the Red Bull Tour Bus began its journey at Bengaluru’s BMS College of Engineering and ended at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology. The winning colleges experienced spectacular performances by Undying Inc and Parvaaz.

In September, #AskForTheBus moved to the North Zone, where Bollywood’s star rapper Badshah rocked the Red Bull Tour Bus stage. Accompanied by Aastha Gill, the voice behind his biggest hits DJ Waley Babu and Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui Hai the duo played at Patiala’s Thapar University and CGC in Mohali.
