MUMBAI: The audio launch of the upcoming Suraj Venjaramoodu starrer Kuttanpillayude Sivarathri was held in Kochi. The launch was done by Fahadh Faasil in the presence of Shyamaprasad, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Gopi Sunder, Indrajith Sukumaran, Rima Kallingal, Ramesh Pisharody, Vijay Yesudas, Job Kurian, etc. along with the film crew. The movie marks the debuting of playback singer Sayanora Philip into music direction, who has composed the songs and the background score.

The movie's official music partner Muzik247 also released the first song titled Chakka Paattu which is sung by Sannidhanandan and RJ Nimmy. Anwar Ali has penned the lyrics. The song trended on YouTube at third position garnering more than 1,30,000 views in a day.

Written and directed by Jean Markose, Kuttanpillayude Sivarathri also stars Mithun Ramesh, Biju Sopanam and Srindaa in important roles. Screenplay is scripted by Joselet Joseph. Fazil Nazer has handled the cinematography whereas the editing is done by Shibish K Chandran. Raji Nandakumar has produced the movie under the banner of Aalangatt Productions.
