MUMBAI: The duo of Sync Cole and Pusher has created a set of must-hear remixes based on NOTD’s I Wanna Know ft. Bea Miller.
For those unaware, NOTD is made up of 17 year old Sam and 19 year old Tobi who were high school kids when they met on SoundCloud and started producing together. The duo has released official remixes for Ed Sheeran, Shawn Mendes and Rihanna to name a few, while now shifting to focus on their original music. I Wanna Know featuring singer Bea Miller, is only their second original track, but was released last month to great reception with already 30,000,000 streams across all platforms; now both Syn Cole and Pusher present their edits of the track.

Young artist Syn Cole’s rise to prominence has been nothing short of meteoric, with official remixes for Avicii’s Silhouette and Hey Brother preceding his own Miami 82, which landed squarely in the Top 20 Billboard Dance Chart. Since then, he has been in demand for other reworks for the likes of Coldplay, Ed Sheeran and Katy Perry and his most recent track Who You Are spread like wildfire.
Cole’s remix of I Wanna Know sparkles with tropical progressions, deep-rooted groove and punchy, anthemic electro beats.
Canada’s Pusher, who has also worked with Cole on the remixes of NOTD’s I Wanna Know blends a plethora of influences into his sounds. His futuristic mix is tinged with sunny synth melodies and delicate chimes of piano.
