MUMBAI: Zephyrtone began their journey as the youngest Electronic Pop duo from India in 2015. Comprising of a Producer (Sayan) and a vocalist (Zephyr), Zephyrtone has been on a roll ever since their debut EP –Shooting Stars. Just a year ago, their singly Only You went viral and hit over 10.5 million views on social media. It was also aired globally on MTV Asia, VH1 and several other distribution networks.
As a sequel to Only You, the duo has now released their next track called 'Hear Me', a song about a break up sans the melancholy. Launched by One Digital Entertainment in association with WMS, Hear Me tries to bring out a cocktail of emotions that will get you thinking and dancing at the same time.
Talking about their success in such a short-pan of time as well their new single release, the duo said, “We are very humbled with the kind of appreciation people have shown towards us. Zephyrtone is a unique, teen house, music-producing duo that is creating a buzz with their peppy sets melded neatly with live vocals that makes their every track as well as performance a total entertainer. They have performed at almost every college event in the last two years for lakhs of students which could be a possible record breaking feat. Apart from ‘Only You’, their other single called Dance the Pain Away garnered plus five million views and is still growing.
At just 20 years, Zephyrtone has also shared stage with names like Porter Robinson and Cole Ingram. It’s apparent that the duo has found their place in the music industry and is positively on the path of spreading good music all around the world.
