MUMBAI: Bacardí House Party Sessions (BHPS) presents to you the first of many incredible tracks this year - Junglee by EDM duo Zenith and Charan, winners of BHPS 2. For its second season, BHPS brought on-board the energetic and diverse Benny Dayal, to mentor Zenith and Charan through their Junglee journey. Known for their power-packed bass drops and catchy tunes that make you want to move, the duo just dropped the music video as the first track under #BacardiHousePartySessions Season 2.

The music video explores the professional dynamic between a Madari (master) and his monkey. The typical role is reversed which leads to a simple change in perspective. After an introduction to Zenith and Charan’s new tune, the Madari and the monkey become overnight sensations and we discover that the monkey was the Madari’s twin all along. Junglee’s offbeat sound along with the unconventional storytelling, and a vibe that makes you want to move, makes this track one to watch out for!

Zenith

Zenith is the moniker under which prodigious Mumbai-based DJ and producer, Harshit Agarwal, has been making his mark on the electronic music industry, both in India and globally. Driven by an unrelenting passion for electronic dance music, Harshit began his musical journey in 2014. The next couple of years saw this blooming talent from the city of Jaipur, take the Indian EDM circuit by storm, making people across India’s best clubs and campuses dance to his tunes.

The year 2018 proved to be a milestone in his musical evolution, where he began making beats to independent Hindi music, blending the two effortlessly. Charan

Charan is a musical entity who has lived through the entire spectrum of what music embodies. His voice has garnered its own reputation for the sweet tingles it leaves listeners with - getting melodies stuck in not just the audiences head, but also heart.

Being a turn-key musician, Charans soulful compositions integrate colorful guitar progressions into his warm singing through his unique flair of fills and harmonic falsettos.

The contest call for Bacardí House Party Sessions in its first season garnered an overwhelming response of a whopping 2,500 entries, out of which 4 artists got shortlisted to make their own music video.
