Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, Ex – President of India, launched the music album Raga Symphony – A Classical Extravaganza... produced by Times Music and composed by Sangeet Martand Pandit Jasraj and his son, Shaarangdev Pandit.
The launch was followed by an interactive session with Panditji and Shaarangdev. The event was organized by Sangit Kala Kendra and was well attended by dignitaries like Ex-Sheriff of Mumbai - Kiran V Shantaram , Mrs. Rajashree Birla, Mrs. Madhura Jasraj, Durga Jasraj, ex-cricketer Kiran More, Singers Anup Jalota and Devaki Pandit, sitarist Niladri Kumar and Santoor exponent Satish Vyas.
