MUMBAI: The first season of ‘Indian Idol’ gave birth to a singing star- Abhijeet Sawant, and his fame reached another level, courtesy- his crazy female fan following in the country. Sawant was the girls’ favourite in 2005 and while, the man did some boyish charm and appealing looks, he was never really termed ‘hot’.
