MUMBAI: Following on from Revealed Recordings 360 live stream at Nikki Beach during last year's Miami Music Week, label-head Hardwell is now taking his 360-degree live stream to the mainstage of Miami's most iconic festival – Ultra Music Festival!
Offering fans a chance to experience his performance via the medium of fully immersive 360 via partner YouTube, followers who can’t make it to Miami will have the opportunity to soak up the atmosphere live from anywhere in the world.
Ultra Music Festival and Hardwell have a long and successful history. From his record-breaking performance during the 2013 edition of the festival, which saw him crash the live stream server and trending worldwide on Twitter, to the 21+ million views his Ultra 2015 live stream set has received to date. His impact on the festival is one that continues to shine brightly with the Ultra Music Festival attendees.
Streaming live from Ultra’s main stage on the 26t March, Hardwell will be the only act at this year’s festival to utilise the 360 technology, demonstrating both his commitment to pushing the boundaries of musical experience whilst enabling fans worldwide the freedom to enjoy his set. By making use of a variety of high-tech cameras placed around the stage, fans will get to see the action live from the DJ booth, as if they were there on stage with Hardwell himself, looking out on a crowd of around 165,000 at the festival.
The technology is now making its way into the music industry, and once again Hardwell is leading the way. The 360 live stream will be part of Ultra’s mammoth 26 hours of live broadcasting across the duration of the festival, which is sponsored by Paramount Pictures’ ‘Ghost In The Shell’ and presented by UMFTV.
On 26 March 2017, watch Hardwell perform live through Youtube.
