MUMBAI: Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh who has laid claims of being an Indian music guru, singer and composer was sentenced to 20 years imprisonment by a special CBI court on Monday. The Dera Sach Sauda chief was convicted of two rape cases on 25 August.

Ahead of the verdict by the court, Indian playback singer Mika Singh took it to twitter saying – My best wishes to @Gurmeetramrahim bhaaji.. I hope the court will take right decision. The greatest thing is he went on time (Praying Hand). To this many Twitterati started poking fun at him.

One among them was singer Sona Mohapatra who slammed Mika for showing his support for Ram Rahim who has revered himself as God but was convicted for rape. Sona in her tweet gave a cutting response saying – Wah jee wah Mika Jee. Aap key kitney achiever dost hai!
