Big FM hunts for singing talent

MUMBAI: Big FM, which recently got singer Sonu Nigaam to create a track specially for the radio station, now presents a singing contest 'Sing with Sonu' to be held across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata and Chandigarh.

A winner from each city will get an opportunity to share the stage with Niigaam himself. The finalist from each city will be selected after a stringent audition process, where the best will be selected and the finalists will get to train and learn under Nigaam's guidance. The finalists will then perform with the singer between 16 and 20 April in each of these cities.Big FM marketing vice president Anand Chakravarthy says, "This is yet another category first initiative from Big FM - which is seeing a radio station and a singer coming together to offer exciting entertainment. 'Sing with Sonu' is a lifetime opportunity for the aspiring and we are proud to be presenting this platform and opportunity."

The call for entries to audition for this opportunity will commence from 24 March and end on 6 April.
