MUMBAI: Peter Cat Recording Co., a Delhi based band is known to play at venues and clubs all over India. They have also been headlining and participating at major music festivals such as Magnetic Fields, Ziro and Nh7 Weekender. The band will be performing at High Street Phoenix Mumbai Awestrung on 18 May 2018.

“We have expanded, in terms of our songs and worked on our sound as well.  This time we would be playing some new stuff; this would be interesting to try it to the audience,” says the band.

One would get to hear Peter Cat Recording Co and reminiscence some of classic Bollywood, disco, American soul and jazz , African funk tracks. “We are putting out a new album this year. We have put out some of our old music on vinyl and redistributed it. We are in a transitional phase as there are many new things which come our way each day. We are also experimenting some good new music. Also, a few international shows are in the pipeline.”

The band has a clear vision about their up-coming projects, “We are focusing more on our live shows. We are also coming up with a business plan for ourselves.”
