MUMBAI: Madhuri Dixit, who recently graced Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs with the entire team of Total Dhamaal, was blown by one of the contestants, Sungandha Date’s performance.

Among all the contestants, who did perform nicely, this Li’ champ indeed stole hearts. Sugandha Date left everyone awestruck by crooning Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam like a pro. Her soulful vocals touched Madhuri Dixit, who was l spell-bound by her melodious voice. The Dhak Dhak girl showered her with compliments.

Complimenting her, Madhuri Dixit exclaimed, “Sugandha, your voice is extremely sweet and along with the live band, it was a completely different experience. Your journey reminds me of Shreya Ghoshal. After seeing you perform, I get a feeling that history is going to repeat itself and this time around, it is going to be you writing a new story. I wish you all the very best for your future.”

To this, Ajay Devgn also added, “This is one of my favorite songs and it is a very difficult song but the way you sang it we all got goosebumps.”

a Apart from the entire cast of Total Dhamaal, Sugandha also impressed judge Amaal Mallik by her fabulous performance. After her performance, Amaal promised Sugandha he would like her to sing a song for him post the end of the season.

Well, what more would a singer want! Sugandha has been blessed with a gift and we wish her good luck for her journey on the show!
