MUMBAI: Punjabi singer Gurnazar Chattha, who is famous for his popular song, Koi Vi Nai with Shirley Setia, has made a big announcement on his instagram handle.

The singer revealed that he will be releasing five original songs in 2019. Chattha also mentioned that he will start dropping his independent songs from next month, though he didn’t mention the exact dates.

Gurnazar Chattha, who hails from Chandigarh, is the lead vocalist of the seven member band, Green Chorus. The band was the winner of Channel V’s music reality show, Nokia India Fest Launch Pad in 2014. The band is known for singing songs of Hindi, Sufi and Punjabi rock genre.

Koi Vi Nahi remains his biggest hit till date, which has garnered over 107 million views. The song was released under Speed Records music label.
