MUMBAI: Jai Matt presents his first original Tamil fusion track ‘Yelelo’ with Jaiz John and Alisha Thomas, under the major label Muzik 247 from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is also Muzik 247’s first fusion release.Originally set to release in March 2020, ‘Yelelo’ was delayed due to the global pandemic. At a time when everything seems dull, the track is meant to ignite one’s soul and give a reason to celebrate the human spirit.The song is a mirror to what Jai Matt is artistically pursuing, which is scaling fusion music for the global audience.Jai says, “Jaiz and I have been working on this track since 2018. We shot the video last year, but we had to wait till now to release the song due to Covid-19. The three of us worked remotely to make the song.”Jaiz John, popular for his viral song ‘Ariyathe Ninayathe’, provides the beautiful composition. Alisha Thomas, known for the voice behind the hit Tamil song ‘Donu Donu Donu’, took ‘Yelelo’ to a whole new level with her mesmerising voice.
