Asia Audio - Asia Pacific's source of information for the professional audio industry to be unveiled at BroadcastAsia

NEW DELHI : 'Asian Audio', a new B2B publication catering to the broadcasting industry is to be launched bv Contineo Media in the month of June during BroadcastAsia, which is to be held in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

This is the third B2B publication by the publishing house to complement its existing slate catered to the broadcast business, production and post production industries – the earlier being Television Asia Plus that focuses on TV content and Asia Image that reports on the production and post-production industry.

The newly launched Asia Audio will be the leading source of information for the professional audio industry in Asia-Pacific.

Asia Audio covers every aspect of audio – installation, audio production and post-production, live sound, location-recording for film and television, audio technology, and R&D. Asia Audio also offers insight into the facility design of notable performance venues, schools, places of worship, and audio facilities across the Asia-Pacific. Regular features include news and deals, appointment stories, listings of new audio products and upgrades, company and people profiles, as well as feature stories that will be written by a team of in-house writers and on-ground correspondents.

"We saw an opportunity to create a publication that addresses the need of the professional audio industry, and what's more, Asia Audio can certainly leverage on the connections formed by our sister publications Television Asia Plus and Asia Image as well as tap on the expertise of our combined editorial team who are all practitioners in the fields they are writing for," says Contineo Media Pte Ltd CEO Raymond Wong.

"BroadcastAsia is the definitive venue where delegates from the digital, multimedia, pro-audio, film and TV industries would congregate. We cannot think of a better place to launch our Asian-focused pro-audio publication. We are certainly looking forward to unveiling our publication to delegates on the trade show floor and gathering feedback about our inaugural effort," says Wong.
