MUMBAI: Entertainment content house Shemaroo Entertainment Ltd recently informed BSE that it has appointed CA Reeta Bharat Shah as an additional director. BSE was also informed about the resignation of independent director Jayesh Parekh.
Shah has been appointed as an additional director (woman independent director) on the board of the company with effect from 28 March 2015.
Meanwhile, Parekh who was an independent director at the company resigned from the board of directors with effect from 28 March 2015. The company informed BSE that Parekh has quit “due to his personal pre-occupancies and time constraints.” Parekh is also managing partners at Jungle Ventures and the chief mentor and investor-in-residence at The Hub Singapore.
