Hard Rock Cafe celebrates its 45th Founder's Day today

MUMBAI: Globally renowned iconic rock themed hospitality brand- Hard Rock Cafe is celebrating its 45th Founder’s Day today at HRC outlets all over the world. With great music, lip smacking food and signature cocktails, the contemporary cafe lounge is set to ring in the festivities of its 45th birthday in the classic Hard Rock style.

To celebrate its inception, Hard Rock Cafe outlets in India will revel as the clocks turn back to its birth year – 1971 to treat guests to exciting offers commemorating the grand occasion!

The cafe will take customers down the memory lane by recreating the day two enterprising music-lovers from America, Peter Morton and Isaac Tigrett, opened the doors of the first Hard Rock Cafe in London.

The launch dates back to the time when legendary musician, Eric Clapton asked to hang his guitar at the outlet, obliged by Tigrett and Morton with a vision of combining music, memorabilia and food for the most remarkable party experience.

Commenting on the 45th year, JSM Corporation co – founder and executive director Jay Singh, exclaimed, “We have come a long way since the day Eric Clapton hung his guitar on the HRC wall. Today, Hard Rock Cafe is known for the rock and roll memorabilia we house belonging to some of the best musicians around the world. Even though HRC is spread across a total of 198 venues in 69 countries, including 164 cafes, 23 hotels and 11 casinos, our aim remains the same – to provide customers with great music, delicious food and best-poured drinks. We are excited to relive Hard Rock Cafe’s first day. It will be a celebration in remembrance of what founders, Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton envisioned the club to be. ”

Four and a half decades later, Hard Rock celebrates its birthday by augmenting the brand’s core mantra “Love all, Serve All” by offering guests the first beer of their order exclusively at Rs 45/-

As part of the celebrations, the restaurant will have retro music all day and cake cutting to end the night on a perfect note.
