MUMBAI: Like all businesses, the music industry has been badly hit by the Coronavirus pandemic. Lockdowns and social distancing norms have meant that get-togethers like conferences cannot be held. Which put a question mark over the fourth edition of the All About Music conference. But the success of the #AAMDigitalSessions and the overwhelming response to the All About Music 2020 pre-registration campaign, made it clear that stakeholders were looking forward to the conference and were willing to accept it in a virtual avatar.

So it is that “All About Music 2020 Virtual Edition” will take place over three days, i.e. 18th August to 20th August, with the theme ‘Connecting The Dots Of The Music Industry, With Solutions & Possibilities’.

While the conference will be virtual, the same seamless and engaging experience of the on-ground event will be created, with the focus being on quality knowledge and networking.
Not just that, this edition sees the expansion of the conference curator board to include the stakeholders of the industry with a campaign titled ‘Connect to Curate All About Music 2020 Virtual Edition!’

The organizers have asked the audience to send in recommendations regarding any topic, speaker or questions they would like to see included in the conference agenda, to make the 2020 edition more consumer focused.

Speaking about this year ( 18th , 19th & 20th August 2020) virtual edition, Tarsame Mittal (Founder - TM Talent Management ) said, “That 2020 is a very unusual year, we all know. It’s posed some incredible challenges to various verticals within the music business. So we decided to let the people themselves choose topics for discussion that are a must in their opinion and we’ll bring together a team of experts to offer solutions to these complex problems.”

Here’s All About Music providing a platform to all such artists through their Pitch Contest.
