MUMBAI: After a stint spanning just over a year with Viacom 18’s Integrated Network Solutions (INS), the company's vice president and head of revenue management and business development Shamik Talukder has put in his papers.

Talukder recently served his two-month notice period at Viacom 18 and is slated to join a music service.

According to information available with Radioandmusic.com, Talukder will make known his association with his new company very soon. As per sources, the responsibility at Integrated Network Solutions has been divided internally post Talukder’s resignation and there hasn’t been a new hire for his post.

When contacted, Talukder confirmed the development but declined to comment further.

Armed with over 19 years of experience in revenue assurance, brand development and marketing in the media and entertainment industry, Talukder looked after business development and revenue management of Live Viacom18 (large format Live event Impact properties), Be Viacom18 (On ground activations in film advertising and promotions) and Spotlight (creation, management and operation of digital media interfaces for individual celebrities across genres) during his stint with INS.

In the past, Talukder has been associated with names like Radio Mirchi, OOH Media India Private Limited, Times Out of Home Media, Sony Entertainment Television and Star TV.
