Two Promotions announced at Royalty Network

MUMBAI: Reputed independent publishing company Royalty Network has announced the promotion of two of its employees, Renato Olivari and Daniel Abowd. Olivari, former director of Office Operations has been appointed as VP, while former administrator Abowd, has been promoted to director of Copyright and New Media.

As vice president, Olivari will work on improving client service, expanding operations, and increasing productivity with international clients. Maximising royalty collections for Royalty Network from its catalog and those the company administers will be his responsibility.

"Renato's deep knowledge of The Royalty Network's existing client base, close working relationship with staff, understanding of growth opportunities to deliver second to none royalty collection and client service make him a great fit for this new role. I am very confident that he can assure our company remains well positioned for the constant changes occurring in the publishing community worldwide," said Royalty Network president, Frank Liwall.

As director of Copyright and New Media, Abowd will ensure that The Royalty Network's data is sound and ready to be monetised by potential users and publisher affiliates worldwide. His management of improved royalty data analysis will allow him to uncover every opportunity for royalty income, digital collections, and services.

"Daniel has proven his ability to harness data and convert it to the most usable formats. Among his accomplishments is the development of enhanced, robust, use of our Music Maestro system. We are confident that Daniel's leadership of the Copyright and New Media team will result in even more momentum and success for us in our ever increasing data reliant world," said Liwall.
