PM happy with positive suggestions from people for his radio broadcast

NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has appreciated the comments and ideas received for his next 'Mann ki Baat' Radio Programme, which is slated for broadcast on 2 November.

In a message through his official Twitter account, he said: "Have been going through the wonderful comments, ideas and good governance examples received for 'Mann Ki Baat' radio programme on 2 November. It is very gladdening to read views on diverse range of issues, rich insights and interesting anecdotes shared by all of you."

He said he had read several thoughts on Swachh Bharat Mission, agriculture, irrigation issues, empowerment of women, Skilled India among other topics.

He wants people to keep sharing their ideas on the MyGov Open Forum. "I will read them and share some of them during the Radio programme," the Prime Minister said. 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's previous 'Maan Ki Baat' that broadcast on 4 October was carried on 270 private and AIR FM channels across India. The medium chosen for his address is to ensure that the broadcast reaches everyone in the country, including farmers.
