Radio City to go live on-air with India's first retro concert

Mumbai: Radio City is set to go live on-air with India’s first Retro Concert 'Kal Bhi Aaj Bhi' LIVE, an ode to yesteryear's musical legends. The network's golden era connoisseur, RJ Gaurav will host the series on air in an eight-week live musical bonanza starting 17 November 2016 every Thursday from 7 pm to 9 pm, where the artists will take the listeners down memory lane and relive the nostalgia with the melodies of 80s and 90s.

As a part of the on-air concert- Radio City’s 'Kal Bhi Aaj Bhi' RJ Gaurav will involve the listeners by sharing stories and never heard before anecdotes related to the evergreen stars and their movies. The concert will be aired live on all Radio City’s Hindi speaking markets and Radio Mantra stations.

The concert has been conceptualised to perk up, remember and experience the music of yesteryears with a splendid entourage of globally acclaimed 25 professional singers paying tribute to the legends. A live orchestra of 11 musicians conducted by the veteran Ajay Madan, who is one of the maestros of the industry, will add to the zest.
