MUMBAI: Bengaluru headquartered international music radio station Indigo 91.9 has invited registrations for a musical opportunity to experience the Northern Lights in Norway in January 2017.

The initiative is part of the rebranding exercise undertaken by the network. A new portal, TheIndigoXp.com is new part of the digital Indigo exprience and the Norwegian gig is being promoted through the portal. The four day experience, exclusively packaged by TheIndigoXp.com, will see travel junkies embark on a voyage in January 2017 to the snow clad Norwegian mountains as they chase the Northern Lights, travel to a husky farm and ride a husky sled and spend time in Nordic tents. The itinerary also includes a concert under the Norwegian night sky. The station says limited tickets for the tour are available on the portal till 15 December 2016.

Indigo is offering the package for Rs.1,69,999 (including return airfare from Bangalore, local transfers and museum visits, lodging on twin sharing, breakfast, trip to the husky farm). The only thing that this doesn’t include is visa, lunch and dinner, beverages and the optional experiences (whale watching and trip to the reindeer farm).

While the Norway trip is the platform's first initiative, TheIndigoXP has more such up its sleeve. Launched a month ago, it offers information and experiences on all things music, fashion, fitness and lifestyle. TheIndigoXP communities and events is targeted at music, fashion and fitness lovers and focuses deeply on placing the community at the heart of the narrative.
