MUMBAI: Seems like the top radio stations aren’t in any mood to budge as the Ram data for, both, Week 1 and Week 2 says the same. Be it Fever FM, the ultimate ruler in Mumbai and Delhi, or Radio City and Radio Mirchi, the radio pads have maintained positions in both weeks.

To start with HT Media’s Fever FM, the radio station scored 19 share per cent and 5.2 T.S.L. in Delhi in Week 1, while it recorded 18.6 share per cent and 5.02 T.S.L. in Week 2 in the nation’s capital. In Mumbai, Fever FM garnered 17.5 share per cent and 6.3 T.S.L. in Week 1, while it’s share per cent and T.S.L. in Week 2 was 17.3 and 6.28 respectively in Week 2. In Kolkata, Fever FM stood second in both Week 1 and Week 2 with 18.9 and 18.3 share per cents and 7.12 and 6.52 T.S.L.’s respectively. Lastly, in Bengaluru, the radio station had to settle at the fourth position in both Week 1 and Week 2. While its share per cent and T.S.L. in Week 1 was 14.2 and 8.08, it scored 14.2 share per cent and 8.05 T.S.L. in Week 2.

Next in the list is Radio Mirchi, which as usually topped in Kolkata in both Week 1 and Week 2 with a share per cent of 19.4 and T.S.L. of 4.35 in both weeks respectively. The radio station had to settle at third position in both Mumbai and Bengaluru in Week 1 with share per cents of 12.5 and 16.2 and T.S.L.’s of 4.01 and 6.58 respectively. But in Week 2, Radio Mirchi witnessed rise in its position from third to second and recorded 13.2 share per cent and 4.11 T.S.L., while its position dropped in Bengaluru from third to fourth and scored 16.4 share per cent and 7.02 T.S.L. respectively. Lastly, in Delhi, Radio Mirchi stood fourth in both the weeks. While its 12 share per cent and 3.26 T.S.L. in Week 1 was, the radio station recorded 12.3 share per cent and 3.23 T.S.L. in Week 2 respectively.

Last but not the least is Radio City that continued its legacy of topping in Bengaluru consistently now IN BOTH Week 1 and Week 2. The radio station recorded 24.5 and 24.8 share per cents and 9.32 and 8.58 T.S.L. in Week 1 and Week 2 respectively. While the station stood at second position in Mumbai in Week with 13.3 share per cent and 5.35 T.S.L., Radio City had to settle at position third in Week 2 with 13 share per cent and 5.11 T.S.L. respectively. Lastly, in Delhi, the radio station stood at position three in Week 1 with 12.5 share per cent and 4.06 T.S.L. while it jumped up to position one in Week 2 with 12.9 share per cent and 4.11 T.S.L. Radio City didn’t make it to the top 10 in Kolkata in both Week 1 and Week 2.

With a strong grip on their score and a consistent maintenance of their positions in their respective metros, the radio station made a good start of year 2019 in RAM Ratings for Week 1 and Week 2 respectively.
