Mirchi gains in Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai

MUMBAI: Even as it stayed at the same level in Bangalore, leader Mirchi made strides in the three metros - Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai.


Bangalore:
Big FM slipped a mite, but retained number one position in Bangalore. It slipped 0.2 points, ending the week with a share of 19.5 per cent, while Mirchi stayed put at 17.2 per cent share of the market. Fever too stayed at third place with a share of 15.4 per cent of the market. Radio City climbed 0.5 points to end the week with a share of 15.4 per cent.


Delhi:
Mirchi gained 0.2 points and Fever gained 0.3 points in the capital, to end the week with shares of 24.7 and 18.7 per cent respectively. Red FM that had a share of 9.8 per cent, came behind AIR FM Gold that had a share of 17.2 per cent.

Kolkata: Mirchi made strides by climbing 0.6 points, ending the week with a share of 20.7 per cent, while Big FM climbed 0.2 points to end with a share of 16.9 per cent. Friends at the third spot however, lost 1.2 points to end the week with a share of 12.2, followed by Aamar FM that had a share of 10.8 per cent. Red FM climbed 0.3 percentage points to end with a share of 8.9 per cent.

Mumbai: Mirchi was the only gainer among the top five stations in Mumbai. It climbed 0.1 points to end with a share of 17.1 per cent, followed by Red FM that had a share of 14.1 per cent, followed by Radio City that lost 0.1 points and ended the week with a share of 13 per cent. AIR FM Gold that lost 0.4 points, came in with a share of 11.9 per cent.
