Radio City back on top in Mumbai; Fever FM Delhi and Radio Mirchi Kolkata continue to top

MUMBAI: According to RAM data collected for the 14th week, Radio City held the top position in Mumbai and Bengaluru with a market share of 18.6 per cent and 21.9 per cent, respectively. Meanwhile, Big FM held second position in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kolkata with a market share of 18.3 per cent, 21.7 per cent and 15.4 per cent, respectively. Fever FM and Radio Mirchi topped in Delhi and Kolkata, respectively.

In Mumbai, Radio Mirchi held the third spot with a market share of 13.6 per cent, followed by Fever FM and Red FM. Big FM’s show ‘Suhana Safar’ with Anu Kapoor held the highest TARP in 4.6 per cent (25+ yrs). Other Big FM shows that did well in Mumbai were ‘Breakfast Show’ with RJ Siddharth and ‘Evening Show’ with RJ Dilip. Two Radio City shows ‘Kal Bhi Aaj Bhi’ with RJ Gaurav and ‘Kasa Kai Mumbai’ with RJ Archana and RJ Salil did well too.

In Delhi, Radio Mirchi held the second position with a market share of 13.9 per cent and TARP of 1.1 per cent. Radio City held a market share of 12 per cent, which was followed by Big FM and Red FM with market shares of 11.6 per cent and 10.3 per cent, respectively. Shows by Fever FM – ‘Full on Punjabi’ with RJ Avinash, ‘Evening Drive’ with Nitin, ‘Full on Punjabi’ with RJ Avinash and ‘Dilli ke Do Dabang’ with Manu and Abhilash, also did well.

In Kolkata, Radio Mirchi held the top spot followed by Big FM and Oye FM. Shows that did well were 'Kaali Kotha' with RJ Jaganath, ‘Breakfast Show' with RJ Mir, ‘Breakfast Show’ with RJ Khas Koushik, ‘Saranagato’ with RJ Sumanta and 'Raater Otithi' with RJ Neel amongst others.

In Bengaluru, Radio Mirchi held a market share of 18 per cent, followed by Fever FM and Red FM, each with market shares of 12 per cent and 6.5 per cent, respectively. Shows that did well in the city were Big Coffee’ with RJ Shruti, 'City Mathu’ with RJ Pradeepa, ‘Hi Bengaluru' with RJ Smitha, and ‘Love Guru’ with RJ Love Guru amongst others.
