Sony Ericsson launches 'Live with Walkman' in India

MUMBAI: Sony Ericsson has launched �Live with Walkman' an Android smart phone in the Indian market. This is the second Walkman series Android phone after Sony Ericsson W8.

The phone features 3.2... screen, powerful 1 GHz processor and OS Gingerbread 2.3 that provides access to over 250,000 applications in the Android Market. The device includes front facing camera enabled for Skype video calling, while the 5MP camera on the back panel captures 720p HD video recording.

The music phone has a dedicated Walkman hardware button just like its predecessors Walkman W8 and Mix Walkman.  The device provides instant access to the music player and the Sony's xLOUD enhances audio output. It also has a Facebook integration that enables instant music and media sharing.

Sony Ericsson has also tied up with Aircel offering user friendly plans.

Live Walkman will be upgradable to Ice Cream Sandwich to provide the best communication entertainment experience. The smartphone is priced at Rs 14549.
