10K Marathon: Run maadi with your favourite Mirchi RJ and win exciting goodies....

MUMBAI: Bangaloreans have a reason to be all charged up, with Radio Mirchi urging Bangalore to turn out in full force to support and take part in the �Sunfeast world 10K', scheduled for 31stof May 09.

As the official radio partner for the run, Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM- Bengaluru's sakkat hot radio station has a host of electrifying activities lined up. Listeners can take part in the various on-air contests and win some exciting goodies from Nike, beauty and health packages from Manipal Cure & Care, air tickets to London and Dubai from Kingfisher airlines and many more.

Marathon enthusiasts can register their names for the run by answering some simple questions posed by Mirchi RJs. All RJ's have formed individual fun clubs urging listeners to enroll and run for a charitable cause. Interested candidates can choose their club similar to one's distinct personality:

RJ Rachna a Masala Dose lover has named her club �Masale Dose Lovers Club'. Adding a dash of seriousness to the club, the members will run for the Cancer awareness with Karunashraya (an NGO which works for Cancer patients)
Students who could never be vocal about their hatred for Maths and now be part of �I Hate Maths Club' by RJ Pallavi. Apart from loathing about Maths, the club has taken up the cause to running for the safety and security of senior citizens with the support of Om Ashram.

For all the lethargic Bangaloreans, RJ Avinash's �Somberi Club' is just what the doctor ordered. Leaving the lethargy behind, the SOmberi club will run for the cause of Disabled Children from Asha Charitable Trust.

Hate your Boss and fancy to be blatant about it? RJ Naveen gives you a grand platform for this with his �Boss Haters Club'. Forgetting all abhorrence, the club will run for the support underprivileged children from Dream a Dream NGO.

And finally, for the flock of snoozy people of Bengaluru- �Nidde Mado Club' by RJ Lavanya is just the thing. Waking up to the cause of rural women empowerment, the club will run to support the Surabhi Charitable Trust
