Adnan Sami's live in concert

MUMBAI: Recently Toronto witnessed Adnan Sami’s live performance after almost eight years and it turned out to be an exhilarating one at Roy Thomson Hall. This was a performance that was not supposed to be missed and this one was really special for Sami also because his mother was watching him live in concert after eight years.

This wonderful and elated Toronto crowd gave standing ovation to this maestro’s magic after his mesmerizing performance. Sami cherishes every moment and honour what he received from his fan from Toronto and says, “My mom was blowing kisses at me from her seat!! So sweet of her! It’s all about the ‘Music’, the ‘Fans’, the ‘Passion’ & the ‘Love’!! The US/Canada tour has been ‘Madness’ personified in the most beautiful way ever! The fans have just overwhelmed me with their love & passion! I have been playing back to back concerts, sometimes even 5 cities in a row with hardly 3 hours of sleep but once I hear the roar of the audience filled with ‘Love’, I am totally recharged to explode on stage!!"

Early this month Houston rocked again. Sami's 2nd show was totally sold out. More than 700 people were turned back from the box office who turned up for tickets. The Fire Marshals were called in to control the outside crowd who were refused to leave. 20,000 people in attendance for a second time within a gap of 9 days at the same arena where on the 23rd March it was also sold out!
