(AHDI) announced today that, on the heels of the recent passing of Michael Jackson, the company has recently closed a number of international deals for the 2001 2-hour CBS Television Network special MICHAEL JACKSON: 30 TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION, THE SOLO YEARS which was produced by reality television star David Gest. This historic television music event, owned by World Events LLC, a company formed by David Gest and the late Michael Jackson, went on to become one of the highest-rated musical specials in television history.
Recent sales include: Channel 5/UK, Televisa/Mexico, TV2/Denmark, Seven Network/Australia, NHK/Japan, NRK/Norway, NRJ12/France, A&E Mundo/Latin America, ABS-CBN/Philippines, RCTI/Indonesia, and e.tv/South Africa.

At the time of its broadcast, MICHAEL JACKSON: 30 TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION, THE SOLO YEARS, earmarked the "King Of Pop's" first live US performance in nearly 11 years and the first reunion with his brothers in 17 years. According to Nielsen Media Research, an estimated 45 million people watched all or part of the CBS special when it first aired.
Acknowledging the historical achievements and stardom of Motown's Jackson Five, Michael and his brothers perform such hits as "ABC," "The Love You Save," "I'll Be There," and "I Want You Back," and are joined by *NSYNC for the finale with their hit, "Dancing Machine."
The overriding highlight of this event is the legendary, never-to-be-forgotten, Michael Jackson performing some of his greatest solo hits including "Billie Jean," "The Way You Make Me Feel," "Black or White," "Never Can Say Goodbye," and "Beat It."
