Heartthrob Jai rocked 'Whatte Fun Mornings' with RJ Gobi on Chennai's Radio City 91.1FM

MUMBAI: All phone lines to Chennai's Radio City 91.1FM were jammed this morning as heartthrob actor Jai caught up with RJ Gobi on 'Whatte Fun Mornings' only on Chennai's Radio City 91.1FM on Friday, July 25, 2008. The actor's female fan following across Chennai ensured that the Radio City phone-lines were buzzing off the hook as the FM station flared abuzz with their queries for Jai.

Joining Chennai Radio City 91.1FM's RJ Gobi on 'Whatte Fun Mornings', Jai spoke about his latest blockbuster Subramaniapuram. His previous films Bhagavathy and Chennai 600028, known to have broken all known box-office records, this multi-faceted talented actor is all set to have his audiences craving for more with forth-coming ventures such as Adhae Neram Adhae Idam, Aval Peyar Thamizharasi, Rettai Suzhi and Rakhozi.

His latest movie 'Subramaniapuram' which had a massive opening
Jai has the strange combination of renowned actor Vijay's looks and actor Simbu's voice and it is incidental that he has received the best compliments for the film from none other than Vijay and Ajith the very next day of release.
How actor Simbu was moved to tears watching his role in Subramaniyapuram.
Feedback he received from renowned Director Bala has also appreciated his efforts.
Praise from director duo - Pushkar and Gayathri who directed the hit movie 'Oram Po' and who signed Jai up for their next project.
His journey to success
After his entry as Vijay's brother in Bhagavathi, he never got dejected when he did not get any movie offers and how one of his closest friend had been a support for him throughout this trying phase
He spoken candidly as to how he did not lose hope for the last 4 years during which no film offers came by. It was Chennai 28 which restored his career and he is greatly thankful to Venkat Prabhu for it.
In spite of being a close relative of the famous music director Deva, he did not to enter the industry using influence.
Now, with the success of 'Subramaniapuram', his patience and perseverance has finally paid off!
