MUMBAI: Jazz Goa has launched a new single titled 'Pedrucho Kombo' produced by Colin
D'Cruz. The track recorded at his state of the art studio in Sangolda,
features Neville D'Souza on flute, Colin D'Cruz on fretless bass and
acoustic guitar, Tony Dias on keyboards and Lester Godinho on percussion.
Pedrucho Kombo is a catchy mando that is recorded on Apple's 'Logic Studio'
software. Goa finally has music that can meet international standards of
sound quality. The track premiers on on Goa's airwaves on FM Rainbows
'Mid-Day Magic' hosted by RJ Godfrey Gomes, 19th April 12.30pm.

Jazz Goa is an organisation setup by a few local musicians and music
enthusiasts to encourage and promote the immense music talent in Goa.

Neville D'Souza...flute
Neville has been a closet musician all his life. Although he belongs to a
family of musicians he was never encoraged to take up music as a profession.
He recently retired as a very succesful business entreprener but also kept
his passion for music going in his liesure hours.

Tony Dias...keyboards
Tony is a popular name amoung konkani music enthusiasts. He has composed and
arranged innumerable Konkani albums. He is a qualified music teacher and
also a brilliant jazz musician.

Colin D'Cruz...fretless bass/acoustic guitar
Colin along with his co-musicians setup Jazz Goa in the year 2002. He has
toured worldwide with some of the best local as well as international
artistes.

Lester Godinho...percussion
Lester is the son of India's legendary jazz drummer the late Leslie Godinho.
Besides being a great performer he also is one of the best drum teachers in
the country.
