MUMBAI: Bhasker Groups My FM has planned a slate of special programming concentrating on the International Potato Day on 24 July.

As part of the celebration My FM will give more tit-bits on potato to the listeners on its stations.

In Ajmer, My FM has invited people to get a recipe of potato to get gifts. Also a potato carving competition was organised at the station. My FM Chandigarh has arranged potato peeling and a potato sculpture competitions. The winner will be determined by net weight of peeled potatoes and on visual appeal and innovative use of materials in the two competitions.

Meanwhile, My FM Udaipur is sharing funny facts like the names of vegetables which essentially have potatoes in them. Other activities include My FM logo competition, make art n craft with aaloo, and name five dishes with essentially potato in them.

In Jaipur, My FM has asked listeners to give different names for potato. The station also invited various recipes of potato.
