Radio City 91.1FM in association with World Vision encourages children education through Chiguru ÔÇô Putanigalige Pustakada Parichaya

MUMBAI: In a country, which boasts of unprecedented economic development and growth, half the population of children between the ages 6 - 18 years do not go to school! Radio City 91.1FM, India's first and leading private FM radio brand, announces Chiguru- Putanigalige Pustakada Parichaya, an initiative that offers Bengalureans a chance to make a difference to the lives of the underprivileged children by sponsoring their education. Driving the nations objective of encouraging education for the budding cityzens of tomorrow and keeping the city informed and entertained, RJ Pradeep of Radio City's breakfast show â€?Whatte Fun Mornings' is reaching out to all to pledge support for this noble cause  

The most famous Sandalwood stars such as Prakash Raj, Ramesh Arvind, Neetu, Komal, M.D. Pallavi, Gurukiran, Chaitanya, Vasundara Das, Master Manjunath, Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar and R. Ashok have gone on-air with RJ Pradeep voicing their views on the issue and lending their support to promote this cause.

In a unique radio activation module from April 26 to May 8, the effervescent RJ Pradeep will connect with cityzens across Bengaluru and urge them to send sms' to instantly get details on how to go about sponsoring a child's education through donations or other means.
