BANGALORE: Radio Mirchi's ground events arm Activation announced the inauguration of the �The Sunfeast Get Active World 10 K Expo 2009', an exhibition cum sale which will feature gears and merchandise by brands in the health and lifestyle domain in Bangalore today.

The event was thrown open by Minister of Transport, R Ashok, Hon'ble Minister Textiles & Sports G. D. Shekhar and Sandalwood actor Prem. The expo will run through till Sunday, May 30 at the Kanteerva Indoor stadium from 11 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.

Radio Mirchi has been supporting the Sunfeast World 10K run across all its shows and its cluster head Rahul Balyan says, Radio Mirchi is happy to partner with �Sunfeast world 10K run', which will bring the entire city together. Radio Mirchi claims that the expo is a prelude to the second edition of the Sunfeast World 10K run to be held in Bangalore on Sunday, May 31. Brands such as Nike, F-Chisel, Manipal Cure & Care, British Nutritions will offer visitors a variety of products and services to choose from - health, wellness & running. Apart from this, the expo also promises to be a fun filled event with a host of activities such as DJ Nights, Fashion Nite, performances by Rock Bands, paint ball etc.

The expo will have special registration counters where participants of the Sunfeast World 10K run can collect their running bibs and the running kits sponsored by the partners of the run. The marathon scheduled for Sunday starts by 7.10 a.m. from Kanteerava stadium and has in the offing various runs to accommodate people from all categories - World 10K Men, Wheelchair run, Senior Citizen's Run, World 10K Women, Open 10K Run and the Majja Run.
