MUMBAI: Radio Misty 94.3 fm, the first and Number one Fm Station of North Bengal and Sikkim Partnered with Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College for their 42ND Annual Festival JECLAT 2009.This is the biggest event in this region. The annual festival of Engineering College draws huge crowd from all other educational institutions of this region.

The Eight Days long festival will start from 1st March with Blood Donation camp. Famous Playback singer javed Ali, Vishal Dadlani's Band Pentagram, popular Band Fossils will Perform Live at the festival. Apart from this Rabindra sangeet, Creative writing, laughter challenge, Spot Acting, Computer  Gaming,Antakshari,Fashion show will  be the part of this festival.
