MUMBAI: Trichy's  No: 1 FM station , Suryan 93.5 FM,  in association with Dinakaran and KMC Hospital has planned to organize a two wheeler  rally on 31st of May, 2009 to create awareness on the ill effects of tobacco usage. Trichy district collector Thiru T. Soundaih will be flagging off the event and the rally would cover a distance of 8 kms from Anna statue to Bus stand 

"Suryan FM has always made an attempt to serve the listeners in the best possible way whether its content, music or social responsibility. Tobacco is something which ruins the youngsters of this nation without even their knowledge. We thought Anti tobacco day is an apt occasion to make them realize it... said station head.
