Understanding global warming with music concert

MUMBAI: Popular hip hop bands from Nepal, Nepsaydaz and Robin n Looza belted out popular numbers at Paljor Stadium in Gangtok. Radio Misty Sikkim 95 fm, partnered with Nayuma Events for this musical fest .This Fest was aimed at enlightening the crowd on the issue of global warming and its effects.

To join them were Revolution and other local bands. A. Live, the winner of Mangan Musical Fest �jived the audience with their numbers from rap to alternative grunge. The five-member band Nepsaydaz performed their rap rhymes including the remix rap version of �Chudaina Timro maya la' followed by other hip hop numbers. Robin and the revolution also enthralled the audiences with their head banging numbers �chesso hawa' and their edemption songs.

On the occasion, Chief Scientist, State Population Control Board Dr. Gopal Pradhan highlighted on the issue of global warming. Nayuma Entertainment Managing director Roshan Rai said, Nayuma has undertaken initiatives regarding the prevailing issue of global warming. Similar events will be organised to create awareness among the public, he added.

Says Radio Misty Sikkim 95 fm Chief Executive Officer Nishant Mittal, this show attracted thousands of people in the most beautiful stadium in this hill station. People from all walks of life came to watch this wonderful show.
