MUMBAI: After a creative break of one and half years, Annamika is back with her next album 'Mithe Mithe Bol'. The album is launched under her own music label Ace Muzik.

Speaking about launching her new label, she says, "What usually happens is the artist approaches the music label with his recorded songs and the artists are also made to pay for the album's promotional costs. As such no money is left with the artist, so it is more viable to launch the album under your own label."

The album is Annamika's baby right from the start. "I have tried my hand at penning the lyrics and also composing the tracks. A team has been put in place to look after the marketing and promotional activities for the album," she explains. The album comprises fusion of songs in Punjabi, Bollywood, romance, folk and few upbeat dance tracks.Annamika believes internet has revolutionised the way music is perceived. "Internet is easily accessible and is an excellent tool to reach out to many. I have posted my videos on Facebook, windowslive and youtube and it surely helps."

Next on the cards for Ace Muzik is an album featuring Punjabi Canadian singer Mike C and a new Pakistani band. Annamika is currently a part of a music reality show with Baba Sehgal and Divya Dutta on Punjabi music channel MH1.
