IFFA honor`s Vibhakar Baxi of Navras Records, UK

MUMBAI: The International Foundation for Fine Arts felicitated chairman and managing director of Navras Records UK, Vibhakar Baxi for contributing immensely in Indian music world .

To share this wonderful event some of the leading lights of the Indian music industry were present included names like Pandit Shiv Kumar Sharma, Hariharan, Pt Satish Vyas, Smt Ashwini Bhide Deshpande and Ustad Sultan Khan.

Shri Vibhakar Baxi has spent most of his time in corporate as well as in the banking sector in United Kingdom and is a passoniate music lover. He launched Navras Records in UK, Which is engaged for the last 15 years in recording live concerts of Musical performances and marketing their CD`s and DVD`s, Which have featured Indian Music legends such as Pt Bhimsen Joshi, Pt Shiv Kumar Sharma, Pt Hari Prasad Chaurasia ,Ustad Amjad Ali Khan ,Smt Kishori Amonkar and also top notch musicians like Ustad Rashid Khan, Pt Satish Vyas and Smt Ashwini Bhide Deshpande.

About IFFA The International Foundation for Fine Arts established by Pandit Arvind Parikh is a trust, which has been involved for the past several years in promoting Art and culture.The foundation also honors eminent personalities in the field of music for their contribution to the cause of propagating Indian music.

In addition to its activities to promote Art & Culture, The International foundation for fine Arts also assists Musicians and offers platforms to them for their recitals. All the income derived through such musical events is donated to the Trust.
