Mohammed Rafi's biography to release in december

MUMBAI: To commemorate 31st death anniversary of legendary musical genius Mohammed Rafi, son Shahid Rafi will co-author with Sujata for the legend's biography titled �Mohammed Rafi: Voice of Nation'. The book will be released by Om Books International.

�Mohammed Rafi: Voice of Nation' biography mirrors Rafi's golden era of music and an account of his life.

Mohammed Rafi is the recipient of several awards like Sur Sringar, National awards, Bengal film journalist association award and FilmFare award. Rafi has been bestowed with numerous honours like a silver medal in 1948 from Jawaharlal Nehru, �Padma Shri,' �Film World magazines - Best Singer Award,' and �Best Singer of the Millennium' by Hero Honda and Stardust magazine.
