MUMBAI: The Vizag station of  Radio City has launched a talent hunt with a special property - Voice of Vizag... (VOZ).

The auditions started from 28 August and will run up to 6 September, providing an opportunity for singing talents in Vizag to not only be the Voice of the City but also to win a grand prize. Music experts from the industry along with Radio City will choose the next singing sensation through the various levels of auditions  The shortlisted participants get to go live on the Breakfast Show from 7-11 am with RJ Bhushan. Vizag citizens will be able to vote for the voice of their choice.

Through this hunt, Radio City will showcase the best singing talent of Tollywood music whilst entertaining listeners. Participants can audition by recording at least 6ne Telugu song through IVRS or on a CD and sending it to Radio City office along with their name and contact number.

The VOZ auditions will be judged by well known music director, Prasada along with Radio City judges. Five participants will be shortlisted after the first round and they will be voted by the people of Vizag in phase two of the contest, says the company.
