MUMBAI: Rajeeta Hemwani, who joined Big Music in July 2007, has put in her papers, say industry sources.

Before joining Big Music as head of content ?“ Artiste and Repertoire, Hemwani was associated with Times Music for ten years as Associate Vice President, Artiste and Repertoire. Although Hemwani was not available for comment, sources reveal that she will be taking a break for a while and will decide on her future plans only after the month ends; after which she aims to either join a music channel or label. Hemwani is even contemplating starting a firm on her own, say sources. Hemwani is credited with promoting the talents of DJ Suketu, DJ Nasha and singers Jassi, Gayatri, while the War of the DJs concept was also her brainchild.
