Red FM Kolkata to host show from hoarding
MUMBAI: Ushering its 10th anniversary in an innovative manner, Red FM Kolkata is all geared up to host a series of 10 live radio shows from a studio built on a hoarding.
In an unprecedented activation in Kolkata, the station’s evening primetime show ‘U-Turn’ will be aired live from the studio set up on a hoarding in the city’s busy Camac street for 10 consecutive days commencing from 10 May.
The jock Praveen will be joined by other RJs and prominent celebrities during the show. The entire activity will be promoted through an extensive media plan covering TV, print, digital and OOH.
The month long celebrations that include the concerts and hoarding studio shows are being held under the flagship banner of Red Live, which is the live event property of Red FM.
Commenting on the event, Red FM COO Nisha Narayanan said, “Red FM is the first radio station in the country to create such an innovation. We always strive to connect with our listeners and entertain them, wherever they are. It is our constant endeavour to set higher standards of radio programming every day. To complete 10 years in a city that boasts of such rich heritage and culture is a joyous occasion indeed.”
