Salim-Sulaiman gear up for three releases by year end

MUMBAI: Having scored with a number of chartbusters with movies like â€?Chak De', â€?Fashion' and â€?Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi' in the past couple of years, apart from creating background scores for several movies, composer duo  Salim-Sulaiman are ready with three new projects in their kitty to be released by the year end.

Apart from the much-hyped Hrithik Roshan starrer Kites' for which they have scored the background music, the duo has also composed music for Karan Johar's Kurbaan', the rights of which is with Sony Music and YashRaj's Pyaar Impossible' - the music for both of which is slated to release in October.

Refusing to divulge details about their score in Kites, Sulaiman says, We are very happy about our work in Kites and are eagerly waiting for it to release, though I can't talk much about it at this point....

The duo has also scored the music for the Amitabh Bachchan and Ben Kingsley starrer Teen Patti' as well.

Salim and Suleiman had bagged a nomination for the 'Outstanding Original Song- Children's and Animation' category this year for the Emmy Daytime Award. Though there are a few projects that came our way because of the nomination, things are not final hence it would be futile to talk about them at this stage. But it definitely helped us reach out to the international fraternity and bag recognition abroad....
