SRK creates waves on radio

MUMBAI: Creating waves on radio for the first time, Bollywood Badshah Shahrukh Khan presented a two-hour special ‘The Shah Rukh Khan Show’ on the BBC Asian Network.
The special show was organized to celebrate completion of the actor’s 20 years in the industry.
Hosting the entire slot, King Khan interacted with his admirers and played on-demand songs from his films. The playlist ranged from his latest movies to the old classics including chartbusters from ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’, ‘Kal Ho Naa Ho’, ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’, ‘Darr’, ‘Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna’, ‘Main Hoon Na’ and ‘Om Shanti Om’.
Ecstatic on being a radio presenter, Shahrukh Khan said, “Join me on my radio show this wed 6-9pm live on @bbcasiannetwork with @tommysandhu (sic).”
